Policy

• Any form of solicitation, sexual advance, harassment, inappropriate touching or behavior will result in immediate termination of your treatment and reporting to local law enforcement. Any questionable insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request may result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all treatments in the future. Patients will be charged the full price for any scheduled treatment that was terminated on this basis. 
• Please respect the professional boundaries that exist between Massage Therapist and Patient.
• I do not massage anyone under the age of 18 unless the parent or guardian signs their form.

All massages have a specific time schedule, please arrive for your appointment 5 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form (new clients), change and prepare for the service. 

If you are late for any reason your service may be trimmed to fit the time available but you will still be charged for the full service or may require that the session ends at it’s scheduled time depending on the therapists schedule that day.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged for that session and must be paid prior to the next scheduled appointment.

Prior to each massage session, the treatment plan will be discussed with you. At your first visit with me you will receive a copy of the massage therapy policies and will be asked to sign the consent stating that you have read the information, understand it, and agree to comply with the professional massage therapy policies and procedures. Clients who we have not seen for at least a year will also be asked to fill out this form.

• Communication with your therapist is key to a personalized and beneficial experience. If you need a change of pressure, pace, temperature, music or focus area… just let your therapist know.

• If you are uncomfortable at any time during your session please let your therapist know. This is your time so please speak up.

• Feel free to undress only down to your level of comfort! Yes, massage can be performed through clothing if necessary.
