Policy

A credit card on file is required to book an appointment, and will be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. We appreciate your understanding when having to enforce this.

Due to the size and nature of this business, late cancellations have a huge impact. As an appointment is a reservation of our time, we respectfully ask for 24 hours notice from the start time of your appointment for all canceled and rescheduled appointments, although at least 48 hours is much more appreciated. 

• 50% of the service fee will be automatically charged for cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

• 50% of the service fee will be charged for no-shows or missed appointments.

Cancellations and changes made to appointments (i.e. requests to reschedule, or changing from 90 minutes to 60 minutes) made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. If you are suddenly unable to make your appointment, you are able to send someone in your place to avoid the late cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies can arise, these will be dealt with case by case. 

All massages have a specific time schedule, please arrive for your appointment 5 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form (new clients), change and prepare for the service. 

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid delaying the next client.

The full session fee will still apply.

Prior to each massage session, the treatment plan will be discussed with you. At your first visit with me you will receive a copy of the massage therapy policies and will be asked to sign the consent stating that you have read the information, understand it, and agree to comply with the professional massage therapy policies and procedures. Clients who we have not seen for at least a year will also be asked to fill out this form.

• Any form of solicitation, sexual advance, harassment, inappropriate touching or behavior will result in immediate termination of your treatment and reporting to local law enforcement. The full session fee will still apply. 
• Please respect the professional boundaries that exist between Massage Therapist and Patient.
• Not allowed  anyone under the age of 18 unless the parent or guardian signs their form.
